Afternoon cookery classes for those who enjoy their food, and want to experience cooking in a French restaurant kitchen, 10 minutes drive from Domfront.
International chef de cuisine Grégoire Charles has worked in some of the world's most famous gentlemen's clubs and hotels, and now is welcoming you into his restaurant kitchen to learn.
The classes are 100% participative, and are conducted in English. This means that each participant will make the dishes based around the proposed themes themselves (with the help of the Master Chef).
After the class, all the participants and the Master / Head Chef taste the dishes made and round off with a glass of Poire (local pear cider).
There are a range of themes
Classes are available by prior arrangement for 5 – 10 people.
The cost per person is 20 euros for approximately 2 hours, payable directly to M. Charles on the day.
