Booking

Once you have decided to go ahead and chosen your 3 day ride out / tour package please contact us for availability and more information. Please complete the online booking form and we will then advise of availability, payment terms and answer any questions that you may have. Once you have agreed to the tour suggestion and price we will send out a confirmation by email or posted letter. Your tour with us will then be secure

If a balance is required and not paid by the date given we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

If the booking is made within five weeks of arrival then the whole amount will be required at the time of booking.

If your outward journey is delayed / cancelled we will do our best to reschedule your booking for the around the same time. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

For our UK based clients payment can be made by sterling cheque, paid into our UK bank account (details to be given). However, in certain circumstances we will accept euros cash or euros traveller’s cheques upon arrival.
