Cancellation Charges

You and all members in your group should always ensure that you have suitable travel insurance to provide cover, in the event you have to cancel your booking. For those taking part in a motorbike tour, If the weather is unsuitable and we deem it unsafe to ride we will cancel the ride out or tour / ride out and a refund of £25 per person for will be given for each day. However, in the case where we only have 8 riders or less on a ride out or guided tour/ride out we may be able to offer a specific tour eg. Chateaux, museum tours by tour bus with guide and no refund will be given.
If we have to cancel your booking we will try to give you as much notice as possible and where possible offer an alternative date or refund your deposit. We will not compensate in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control eg. war, threat of war, terrorist activity, natural disasters, extreme adverse weather conditions etc or in the event we have to cancel due to you not paying the balance of the fee.
If after leaving us your journey home is delayed or cancelled it is your responsibility to find suitable accommodation and travel arrangement at your cost.
