Cancellation Charges

If you wish to cancel your Tour booking with us and you have paid a deposit the deposit is non refundable

You should ensure you have suitable travel insurance to provide cover in the event you have to cancel your booking
In the event that we have to cancel a booking other than in circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and either offer an alternative date where possible or refund your deposit if you have paid one.
Compensation will not be given in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control eg. war, threat of war, terrorist activity, natural disasters, extreme adverse weather conditions etc or in the event we have to cancel due to you not paying the balance of the booking cost.
If your homeward journey is delayed / cancelled it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for overnight accommodation if necessary.
